An immigration court practice manual exists that clearly defines exactly how to draft motions & briefs and clearly states the evidentiary requirements. It is AMAZING how many lawyers don't do follow it. It is so easy to be better than most lawyers, a joke.

Had a meeting with an ICE officer in a temporary office because his previous interview shat his pants under interrogation and their was a cleaning crew in there today.

I started in legal aid so I always kept client's costs down. I work for an international firm now and clients are different. For example, I wondered if my Interpol and national security clearance case client could afford to spend $5000 on a brief. Well, he's worth $650 million, so yeah probably.
