The 5th and 6th December marks the 10year anniversary of Storm Desmond. 10 years ago today, Storm Desmond hit the UK severely impacting communities across #Cumbria and the #NorthWest region, displacing thousands of people with a total cost to the UK estimated at £1.6 billion.
