I have been to market A lot of these were without cases, but they seem to be complete nonetheless. Never heard of Blaster Bates, but got them anyway. Hancock, Round The Horne, Julian and Sandy, Navy Lark, Men from the ministry, I’m sorry I’ll read that again. Plenty to keep me entertained.

Well defo end of an era Not bad for a free gumtree pickup , new one has arrived so broken one is now on the drive ready for the rag & bone. Plenty of metal. Some pics for you to see the creased mat which I could not get back into shape following the heat warp.

Managed my last run on the current machine today. Was a little awkward with the folded over part in the centre, but managed to keep the 3/ week streak going. New one arrives tomorrow, just a simple Amazon jobbie with basic LED display. Even so, will start to mix indoor/outdoor now.

Impressive, but no DEVO

RIP running machine Didn’t do bad. Picked it up for free and it’s seen me through couch to 5K and beyond. Seems it got a little warm at 12Km/h and the mat folded and warped/melted. It’s not repairable. I’m fucking gutted. Thinking this is a sign to get out in the open.

Found these at the recycle / reuse shop. Went to throw stuff away and came back with someone else’s rubbish. Deal!

Just when you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to inventive eBay/Vinted packaging. Opera records box set , cut down and used to box up some bootleg 747 cassettes. Very strong to be fair. I don’t think much of opera either , so 10/10

Quick foam pad repair on this C120. Bought this little pack from Ikea years ago and it’s repaired more tapes than I care to remember.

NES Power supply, AKA “the console killer as it’s 9V AC output and not DC. Picked up as part of a market bundle today. Time to check the plug, fuse and output voltages as this came from a time where we put our own plugs on. Danger Danger! And, oh dear, not a great start. Cool plug though !

Picked up this cheese 8 track today as part of a tapes bundle Label repaired with double sided. What a difference. On the shelf of shame with the rest.

I have been to market ™ Nintendo power supply complete with yellow plug. 8 track tape in need of label repair. Bag of cassettes inc Stones/Jarre and a load of blanks, one of which is labelled John Peel.

So shocked to find a big box PC game in the charity shops today, I grabbed it. Carefully pulled off the sellotape they’d sealed it with and the price stickers. Seems this was £10 when they put it out originally.

Ruin a book by adding "Tom Clancy's" to the title: Tom Clancy of GOR
