Couldn't put this book down 🥣🥤☕️🍷 A book about the 'Underground Railroad' in Ohio, where a lucky fee escaped slavery. Beautifully balanced & written, revealing the complexity of human nature 📖

Just finished this book. Interesting read as I knew little about his early life. However, it isn't very well written as it jumps around & the call for "Hope" gets somewhat lost. Might try Merkel's autobiography next, after a crime thriller or two 🙂👍
