I'm scared for my home state WV. If some resolution isn't reached soon, hospitals in rural areas, like my hometown of Logan County, will close their doors. Forcing many to drive hours for care. People will go hungry without Snap and WIC benefits. I'm scared for everyone as I have been for months.

Fun story: A moth was crawling on the phone and we suspect this was caught while it walked across the lens.

I deal with sensory issues. Sounds can trigger me into overload. In a hospital waiting room a boomer Karen was playing w/a minions soundboard on full blast with no regard to others playing the same 3 phrases over and over then laughing trying to mimic the minions. Earplugs were my bestie today. 🫠

My husband and I have had various doctors appointments every day this week. And, yea there's another tomorrow. I'm exhausted. Fingers crossed we're both fine. I guess this is just life after 30 😭
