The storm surge from #Eowyn is changing the sea-level from the usual tides. Here's Millport, at the mouth of the Clyde near Glasgow. It's just past high tide there, and the gauge averages out the waves. The sea is 1.5 metres above what is luckily a neap* tide. 1/?
