So I had an idea at like....3am last night. and now I got it cooked up and im really happy with it! I like it alot. Essentially Celestine is a half dragon-high elf but eventually her elf side gets turned into a Vampire. The Dragonic blood in her is keeping it at bay with some changes.

idea been brewing in my head: Nero finally coming to terms with the death of his sister with his Dark Knight quest line. Then every time Nero is near Y'shtola, she can see an aethereal figure of his siter, instead of being a dark outline its a golden light. Shed look to Y'sh and just smile at her.
