I had an encouraging experience writing yesterday. I was very tired after work; fell asleep for 2 hrs on the couch. When I woke, blurry-eyed and cotton-mouthed, it was very late. Writing felt impossible. But I managed to do it anyway & I'm actually thrilled with what I wrote. 💪✨✍️

One of my ears has felt 'full' for the last few days. Today, I was incredibly dizzy trying to get out of bed. Urgent care diagnosed me with bppv - vertigo! I'm medicated and feeling a bit better, but wild. Next step is vestibular physical therapy to realign the crystals in my ear. Who knew??
