I have only just discovered Ape Out the computer game. OMG it is fantastic! The style and the drum sound scape are so tight.

I finally got to play @ericlang.bsky.social ‘s Ankh with two and it really shines. The tension is real. That is something I am looking for more and more in games lately. Looking forwards to a lot more plays of it this year.

Ruination is a game I really enjoyed developing the art for. I got free reign to explore the look, world and graphic design and I really went all out on the toxic, punky colour palette and had a lot of fun. It will be returning to Kickstarter on Tuesday 30th Jan. from Kolossal Games

I am currently open to new work. This is a rare moment as I am usually booked out at least six months in advance. If you have something in the pipeline that needs art then reach out. I also offer art consulting. A 1h video session, critique or some visual refinement can have a huge impact.

I played through the new Prince of Persia demo three times today. Enjoyed it a fair bit. Looking forwards to more on Thursday!

I worked 6 day weeks most of this year. I am now struggling to deal with free time. I feel anxious whenever I am not being productive. It will probably take me a few more week to remember how to relax…. Then it will start all over again :p

This years Spiel promos for clients and ‘fans’. If you see me grab one or I can come by your booth for a chat.

Trains to Essen are cancelled this week and replaced by rail replacement buses! Be warned. As I was planning to stay in Duisburg this is a bit of a big issue :( Busses take at least an hour. If anyone else is in a similar situation reach out thinking that shared Uber is best option

Starting to get energised for Spiel. This years promo arrived which is always an exciting moment. Can’t wait to meet up with everyone. I also can’t wait to show the flip side of this flyer. It is epic. Big announcement coming on Monday!
