We went to Copper Harbor yesterday and it was amazing. I never imagined being able to see Lake Superior being so calm. It's so quiet and beautiful in the Upper Peninsula. I want to live up here so badly. 😭

Thank FUCK for Babble. At least they can add blinking and fix other shit. But the tracking is still ass from what I can tell. The angle of the cameras is in the weirdest position for capturing eye tracking. It's like using an iPhone to capture face tracking, but it's angled at the side of your head.

I've seen videos of eye tracking for the Beyond 2e and it looks like ass. And has no blinking parameters? What a huge fucking disappointment When the fuck are we getting a capable PCVR headset with PROPER face tracking and eye tracking?? I'm want to leave the Facebook headset ecosystem so badly. 😡

I got a Nikon N65 with some filters and magnifiers for $30 at a flea market. I don't know if it works yet, but I'm excited to try shooting in film. My D3100 died years ago and I can use the lenses from it. This will be a fun replacement!

When I see art or 3D model work that really inspires or excites me, I tell myself: "You can do this too." Is it healthy? I don't know. But I do understand the hard work that is necessary if I want to be an artist. It's hard, but I need to keep pushing myself if I'm going to achieve that goal.
