11 days till December 1st How much weight can I lose in 42 days? Probably realistically 6 pounds but we gonna aim for 12 I could weigh 102 pounds by new years day

Tomorrow at 330 I am going to have a salad Already have a plan to lie saturday and tell my wife i ate at work No plans on breaking this fast till Thanksgiving

I already feel invisible so why shouldn't I make myself as small as I can? I don't need to eat that much. I can get small again. Maybe even smaller. Then I can really disappear.

Something i am learning on this weight loss journey is hunger is normal. It is not that serious. And fasting is amazing. I feel so good.
