I hate everything the artist alley/fan merch scene has become Influencers, grifters, min-max trend chasing, low effort slopification of merch While a lot of veteran artists are not getting into any events

Something I enjoy about drawing manga is seeing the idea come together. It may take me 3x as long to draw and redraw compared to everyone else. But it's fascinating seeing it slowly take shape
