The FB Time Machine reminds me that ten years ago I hosted a panel at Word Vancouver. Since then I was asked if could have their artistic director on the podcast five years ago, and ever since I haven’t even seen a press release. Then I saw online that this year’s edition was this past Saturday.

This is the obituary that Hot Air deserved. I'm 43. I grew up listening to Jack Cullen's Owl Prowl. And when he was, like Hot Air, unceremoniously dumped, I found Dal Richards's Dal's Place which was on 600 AM for a while. Hot Air was the last place on the air where I could find the music I like.

The new Downton Abbey movie opens today. I saw it and it's better than the second movie, which was better than the first.
