I'm putting a fucking hit out on an old as fuck plugin I had for FFXIV eons ago when I first got into the game. It required me having Team Fortress 2 installed and it pulled the UI elements/sounds from the game to FFXIV. The duty timer was the TF2 Timer, the announce counted down the timer. 1/?

Class Identity in XIV was dead the moment they began releasing armor sets that were wearable by both tanks and DPS. Much like how sometimes scouting and striking gear end up being the same. Them making everything non-class/level locked in the glammer dresser isn't what killed it. It's BEEN dead.
