So if this was the end of the story for "The Summer Hikaru died" it kinda taints the rest of the show for me. Like, no spoilers, obviously, but at the same time i feel like the episode resolved nothing after all that build up.

If the Fractal Incursion event in GW2 does anything its making me even more aware of how little i care for the "Do this fast, don't engage" mechanic. Skipping half the fractal, abusing level geometry bugs to get to the boss faster. Like... you do you, but i'm not having fun that way.

Someone, at some point has to explain to me whats the point behind people playing elementalist in GW2 and not switching attunements. Even with evoker in mind this seems lazy at best. Might as well just play a power mesmer with greatsword and never switch weapon

Looking forward to the GW2 beta event in a a bit over an hour. Gonna start testing with the two specs that honestly wow'd me the least in the previews just so that they are out of the way. Namely: Luminary and Galeshot. Not a fan of pure, straightlaced power builds.

I really do miss the chatlog from Trillian. That thing was just A+. Had its own browser, you could go to each date, set bookmarks. Why don't more chat programms give you good chatlogs? Always seems like an afterthought, if its there at all.

Running around starter areas in GW2 to gather some resources and i can kinda see why a lot of people tend to ignore condi damage as an option very early on. It looks weaker, or at least as if it takes a lot more effort. Why stack bleeding when you can just insta kill with a power skill.

This isn't the best combo in the game, maybe not even a good combo. But i do like teaming up with a minion master while on my guardian...block attacks for the minions and see Mystic Rebuke blow up.

Huh... i just ran a settlement in Against the Storm without rolling for a single industry building. Took me, maybe, a bit longer to finish but still worked out. I really like this aspect of the game though, no single road to victory.

Already not a fan of 2v2 mini seasons but having people go "I've won against you last round, so now i'm not even trying with you as a teammate" in random queue is just so annoying. Like... what?

Something that irks me in fantasy rpg's (Eiyuden being a prime example of this despite the fun i have) is when the game gives you a magic system but does nothing with it. Like, in Eiyuden spells are high costly but also very weak, so the only magic worth using is healing.

At this point i feel that the best thing Arena Net could do with Caithe as a character is make her take the place of the Pale Tree. Her whole character arc was going from being somewhat overcautios and at times paranoid to being a surrogate mother and even avatar for Aurene.

"How did you pick your user name?" When i was in my teens i didn't know that "Lou" came from Ludwig/Louis and thought it came from "Loup" french for wolf. Also i was really into werwolves and the occult so "Wolfskin" came from that.
