I know by paragraph 2 if an agreement is drafted by AI. They are the biggest piece of shit agreements frankensteined from 1,000 different places w/ missing definitions, repeated provisions and conflicting language. It takes 10x longer to fix an AI agreement than to just draft one form scratch
