For the last three years it has fallen to me to produce and deliver the Christmas "pinwheels" for the entire family. Now that it's the first Christmas without my former mother-in-law (who introduced us all to this holiday treat) it feels even more important to keep this tradition going. RIP Irene ❤️

Question for the bird-based hive mind: I see so many videos of many hummingbirds sharing feeders but our resident hummingbird guards our feeder and chases off other hummingbirds. Is it migratory vs non-migratory birds behaving differently? Ours looks like the one in the photo. #birdsky #hummingbird
