I can’t believe I got swindled into buying a new pair of beats headphones over the Apple ones. They are the worst. I’m gonna try the JBL ones the girlies on TikTok are going crazy about and see if they’re better for my gym days.

More than anything I just want to be fit, flexible and full of energy. There’s a lot going on in the world that can cause stress so I’m choosing to work it out of my body.

I’m at a point where I’m just lifting as heavy as I can and not really tracking any goals or changes outside of that. I know it will take time before my body starts changing so I’m not gonna stalk the mirror after every workout.

I did it: I woke up and made it to the gym EARLY this morning and made it to work on time. I gotta keep this going cuz my quality of life depends on it!

A crazy chick blocking in Sam’s Club went off on me for telling her there were ppl trying to get past her. A chick in the parking lot almost hit my car not looking. Then an old man was on his phone and almost side-swiped my car. I am in my driveway taking calming breaths cuz folks tried me today!

Update: after me and my coworker pushed back, my mgr begrudgingly took me off the meeting with leadership. Made no sense for me to speak to something I didn’t mandate.
