my ranking of all the ys games ive played so far from best to worst: ys9 ys1 ys2 ysorigin ys8 currently playing ys10 and its really good so far

reading that magic in ys2 is either literally or basically unusable during the last two boss fights is so funny considering that they're basically mandatory for every single previous boss fight

playing ys 1 and in all the things i thought that were really cool things to find 1:1 from ys origin, the instadeath attack, ten billion flashing particle effects bullet hells on the screen, and unusable parts of the battle area in the final boss fight are not them
