I arrived at Unpub nervous and underprepared. But I left feeling that this was the best Unpub yet. I'm so glad for the amazing people in this community. I didn't get to take as many pictures as I hoped but I'm fulfilled that me and my games resonated with friends and strangers alike.

This instantly reminded me of @dieworkwear.bsky.social talk about walkable cities. I never thought my two circles would ever overlap.

Any Unpub veteran have pro tips on how to compile all the feedback from playtests? My total number of feedback surveys is probably low compared to most designers, but it's still a lot of emails to process. I'm trying to group by question/response. I can't even imagine if I had 10x-20x the emails.
