First impressions of Avowed: 1. Combat is very nice. I particularly enjoy the magic! 2. The story is interesting, and I love the little chunks of lore scattered around the first island. 3. There's something very satisfying about picking up the little piles of pennies, that won't get old.

Finished editing an episode of Regrowth this morning! Picked out a bunch of clips for shorts too. If it renders & uploads fast enough, it may be posted today! I'll be getting back into YouTube this year 🥰

To add to this: I've turned the SFX down, and it's sooo much better. It's a shame that I can no longer hear the rain or other pretty noises, but I could barely hear them over the stomping anyway 😂 The only other issue I have is the weird visual blur effect over everything. No fix for that one. 😔

I really hope Nintendo make the Switch 2 more ergonomically friendly than the current Switch. For a gaming-on-the-go device, it's really not that comfy to game-on-the-go on.
