my adhd diagnosis lapsed because i havent taken prescribed meds since high school. last year it cost isaac $800 with insurance and all day to get a diagnosis, but i did it online and it cost $45 and 12 minutes

I used to work a general grounds job for a rich older woman in Wellesley Massachusetts. I did a lot of landscaping and painting and stuff, but I did some cleaning inside a few times and the standout thing was her collection of genuine Shaker boxes.
