Here are a few of the felted pals you can meet soon! Also, I realized I could just use the mini-comic for scale and then, added bonus: by encouraging people to fold up a letter sized piece of paper into eighths to see the scale themselves, maybe I can get them to make a zine out of it.

The NPS will launch 850,000 fireworks in the middle of the night. (Last year, they launched 7,000) That will dump perchlorates and heavy metals into the Potomac River and cause the amount of soot and smoke particles to skyrocket (pardon), at great danger to any creature that breathes.

I would stay as far away as possible. With an 11pm start, your kids will be sleepy, anyway. And if you're out in DC Saturday night, *please* wear an N95 or P100 mask (respirator). Details/remarks: 🔹️850,000 fireworks will be detonated in 40 minutes. 🧵 1/6

So if birthright citizenship wasn’t a thing, how WOULD your citizenship be determined? By parents I guess? But then my parents would have had to get citizenship from their parents, and so on back into my family tree to determine if whoever came over from the old country did it “the right way”?
