The tale of two Knizia’s last night. Firstly the silence inducing focus of Rebirth, followed by the weirdly funny and equally aggressive Daruma Atsume (Japanese version of Fruit Fight / No Mercy). Both very good in different ways. And exactly what was needed.

Favourite game of the festive period was Quick Stop. Somewhat unexpected. But a simple family word game is exactly what we needed!

Absolutely cannot find a copy of Hot Streak @cmyk.games anywhere near me, in the UK, before Christmas. But managed to at least have a go of it at a local board game bar today. It was simply lovely. MUST get my hands on a copy before next Christmas

To say I’ve been OBSESSED with Earthborne Rangers since it arrived would be an under statement. It took me a while to finally get my hands on it. But I love every part of it. The design, the gameplay, the art, the story, and most importantly the production.

I’m having such a good time with Vantage from @stonemaiergames.com there’s so much content in it. Absolutely perfect solo game for me right now and plays great up to 3. Production value is 10/10. Awesome game to lock yourself away with.
