Dinner for 2: 400g canned tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 v large carrot, 1/2 a large onion, 4 canned anchovies, 2 tbsp butter, 1 chx stock cube, 150ml water. Blitz to a smooth liquid. Add 1 tsp mixed dried herbs, pinch of salt, plenty of black pepper.
Pour into saucepan, boil, simmer.
