Some more Tomy/Plarail mods: - I gave Rosie a black under frame, black wheel spokes, and white wheel rims - I swapped the side rods of Spencer and Salty around like how The Unlucky Tug did with his toys. But unlike The Unlucky Tug, I gave Spencer very silvery side rods as opposed to just white ones
