My fingertips start to go numb after many hours and days of constant plate needling and drawing. Usually takes a week break for it to stop. Tried sleeping with a compression glove though and it went away overnight?? I highly recommend it as an option on top of stretching for help recovering

Found out that TWENTY emails is considered a lot to politicians on an issue. TWENTY. As in, they call that getting slammed. So next time you see a request to email your rep, or call, keep that in mind. TWENTY is a lot.
