Sad to hear Jeffrey Garcia has passed away today, who was best known for voicing one of the funniest cartoon characters of all time Sheen Estevez from Nickelodeon's Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Planet Sheen. His voice will always be with my childhood. May he rest easy🕊️
