I’m rereading Peter Heller’s The Dog Stars, for the sixth time. Dystopia, with writing hints of Cormac McCarthy in the way he treats nature, and the laconic humans, that populate the story. It’s dryly poetic, profound and riddled with pathos. Paints a unique picture of a collapsed world. #books

I’m a big fan of Mieville’s, and this doesn’t disappoint. He’s like Gene Wolfe and Iain M Banks’ love child. Booktastic. #book
