O2 price hike on a price hike update! I complained to @Ofcom that O2 was telling people when they were leaving airtime plans they "had to pay the handset in full" which is terrible, confusing phrasing and sounds like you can't continue paying by the month (you can!) CONT

Well…2.99 miles didn’t kill me and my ankle didn’t snap! Going to get me feet up, have a glass of wine and rest up now until next week 😏

Seriously considering another interval jog tonight…8x200 instead of 8x100 still gentle pace wise and I can always bail back into a walk if it feels poor 🤔

I’m up, been round with the dog and the legs…more importantly the ankles, seem good! Still no rush though so not doing the next interval until Monday. 💪👊

Been for a jog, first time in over 10 weeks…it wasn’t disastrous as feared, the morning will be the bellwether 🤔

Just over a mile this morning, longest walk in over 2 months. Feels good, no niggles or pain and a reasonable pace without pushing. Feels like this is the beginning of the recovery 😏

Some of you will think I’m mad but, just set my alarm back to 5:45 so I can extend my morning walk…am buzzing! 😏

Seen the physio, more movement in the ankle than she’d expect….probably the old injury, some good signs, some not so good. Back in 2 weeks to decide if an MRI is required 🤕

Cannot believe it’s Friday Eve already 😏 also, only got some light consolidation work and some project meetings at work today too…the new job has been a game changer 🙃

Got moving without the need for strapping and pain relief this morning but, still rather stiff. Not rushing this, trying to do it right.

Woke up still very sore. So had a very short very slow nursing walk just to get the knee and ankle moving this am 😞

Ok, turns out I’m an under pronator and I’m a hundred quid lighter but, it should make a massive difference. Wanna go run now just to see how fast they gan 🤣
