The travel modelling that underpinned the Metro Tunnel and other railway expansions and extensions assumed that Melbourne would have this bus network by 2031. Red: 50 "SmartBus" lines, 10-minute headway. Green: 128 "direct" lines, 15-minute headway. How much of this has been realised?
