It's appalling how unproductive LA Metrolink service is. Metrolink carries 21.3k daily riders with 174 round trips. In comparison, West Coast Express does 7.1k daily with only 5 round trips. Metrolink is running 35x as many round trips with only 3x the ridership. LA deserves better for regional rail

A queue jump priority signal for buses combined with a near side stop can help buses skip the queue when space is limited, such as this example at Holdom station. Many intersections in Toronto are eligible for this setup which could potentially significantly reduce bus delay

House hunting and this was the view from one of the units I looked at today!!!

Leg 4: Sudbury to Vaughan 33 hours later and finally back in the GTA!! Unfortunately, the bus was delayed an hour due to construction and traffic and arrived in Vaughan an hour late, forcing me to wait longer for my connection. Also spotted a sick Sudbury transit bus livery.

Leg 3: Sault Ste. Marie to Sudbury. This trip was fully booked and extremely busy. Surprisingly filled with Mennonites (i didn't realise they lived this far north!)

Leg 2: Overnight from Thunder Bay to Sault Ste. Marie

This map is about 4 months of work! Designed to largely emulate the wayfinding style of Metrolinx but with some TTC elements kept in. Expanded the scope to include the surrounding suburban areas to make it easier to understand how 905 services connect to Toronto. Would love feedback!
