Only shared my previous post's thoughts because This was such a blast of positive energy to receive today. When you don't get to vocalize your hobbies often, you really do starve on direct support & encouragement. Weighty words like these help re-train me to remember 'people want me to be Me'.

Many years ago in early furry, I used to vocalize my passions & fantasies all the time. A highly trusted friend told me that I should be acting on them instead of talking about them. While "motivating", I think I took it wrong, because I convinced myself that "talking about passions are bad".
