The conferences bring together experienced and early career scientists for an interdisciplinary discussion on all aspects of chemical, physical, and biological processes and their interactions in the atmosphere, cryosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere and biosphere. The Mary Anning conference was a great way of helping to build community, especially amongst early career scientists.
