🧋Was talking EV charging stations over boba with my investment partner today. I don’t know about other states but CA, NV and AZ are still building out a bunch of charging stations. Demand for 1,500 locations from one client alone in 2025 but only enough crew to build 200.

It doesn’t feel like work when you’re working with friends. The guy on the left is building EV charging stations and solar farms. The guy on the right is financing them with me. This is how I get free lunches. I connect people and let them talk while I eat.

🔋Building new housing still takes time. A faster and more immediate impact on bringing cost of living down is installing more EV charging stations in working class communities. Switching to EVs is hard when it’s not convenient to charge where you live. But saving $150-$200 pays bills.

Taiwanese comfort food with my old friend Liz who is making moves in Hollywood! We went to the little retro looking place in the 626 that looks like something from Taiwan in the 80s.

🦉David and I loved our meeting with Justin Mezzell and Colin Hesterly at the Proof office today in LA. We wanted to share the developments of our Moonbirds in Hollywood project with the team and excited for their support of the direction we’re taking it.

Apparently the best fried chicken in the Pasadena area can be found at this mom & pop restaurant that serves Indonesian and Hawaiian food.
