1. The modbots already struggle to differentiate between porn, artistic nudity, and sometimes even fully-clothed suggestive art. It's not wise to trust them to determine whether a depiction is consensual or not. 2. They always start with the most objectionable topics, but they never stop there.

Historically such restrictions have been interpreted very liberally and often at the expense of artists who haven't done anything of the sort.
