HAPPENING NOW: A group of protesters have reportedly taken over the intersection on Beacon Hill where someone on a bike was killed by a hit-and-run driver early this morning. I'm not on the scene yet, but was sent this photo from Beacon Avenue and Stevens Street.

This is my favorite recurring Seattle theater event and it's not even close. A one-night production of It's a Wonderful Life where no one knows who is in the cast– including the cast. They enter with the audience and say their first line from their seat. There's not really anything else like it.
