#IMTEresearch: 𝗗𝗙𝗚 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 €𝟰.𝟯𝗠 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗣𝗜 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 The @dfg.de has approved a major research proposal submitted by the @uniluebeck.bsky.social, and @fraunhofer.bsky.social , providing approximately €4.3 million for funding a novel Magnetic Particle Imaging (#MPI) scanner.

Isotropic, aberration-corrected light sheet microscopy for rapid high-resolution imaging of cleared tissue - @huiskenlab.bsky.social go.nature.com/4odcS49

The same microscope can image larger samples, including a whole mouse brain (1 cm^3), and supports hybrid low- and high-resolution modes. Low-resolution imaging gives a full overview, while high-resolution mode enables multi-ROI isotropic submicron imaging on the same specimen.
