Made three batches of vanilla oatmilk pudding: full oatmilk, 50/50 diluted with water, and full water. Both of them that contain oatmilk are delicious! The full water one set up like pudding and is sweet and vanilla flavored but reminds me more of gelatin. But perfect for...applications 😈

I had a lovely trail ride with miss Ellie yesterday <3 We went for a long walk in the woods with my trainer and another student. We saw lots of flowers, it was nice and cool under the trees, Ellie saw a squirrel and thought it was going to eat her, and then I gave her a nice cool bath after.

Clinic time today, what an adventure! I did pharmacy again today, and the tech guiding me ended up getting pulled to help a dog having a heatstroke--so for a bit, I was doing it all myself! It was overwhelming at first, but they said I did a great job. The doctor complimented me today 🥹
