I’ve been on such a big ‘cut’ phase that my boobs aren’t making much milk at all. Nothing at all out of lefty at the moment. A bit of flow from righty that’s actually not bad but not great. Had about 3k calories yesterday but was smashing the gym, walking and doing climbing too. Big deficit= no milk

Well…… I stopped fenugreek yesterday and it looks like we’re back in business. This is the best session I’ve had in 3 weeks or so. It’s still not a lot of milk at all but it’s progress, and it’s not bad progress seeing as I’m also running a big calorie deficit right now too.

Daddy realized he can hang an enema bag from the toy bar of my bouncer chair… So I ended up stuck like this til the bag was empty, then strapped into the chair like normal. It keeps my butt securely on the seat so I can’t even lift up and make room for a mess… Thank goodness for that puppy pad 😖
