Hey! I'm leading programing/technical narrative teams on this. Might start showing the process in the coming weeks as we work on polish, since it's been a bit unusual. đź‘€ We used the

engine. Also everyone working on the game is crazy cool, and you should follow them!

The amount of college freshmen shouting 6 7 in this diner makes me feel like the grumpiest 76 year old, and I’m a zoomer.

What is it with post-war philosophers and confidently shifting the conversation to animals? I'm sure the idea is to ground the argument in biology, but I think these people were just zoology nerds.

Just had this conversation in the corner store: - Muffin? - Nah, thanks. Muffout. ...and I paid, walked out, and boarded a tram. I think the guy is still standing there, confused. Anyway, I got my beer 👍

In geopolitics, Realism is the concept that the world is a perpetual war between “spheres of influence” whose strength must be balanced for our survival. Horrific doctrine for governance, but great for game dynamics! “Lets team up on X, they’re getting ahead” “I have no points, don’t worry about me”

Started watching Shadowhunters since I love camp. *Mother hands a decretive box, dramatic music* Mother: "It's called a stele." MC: "What is it, like, a paper weight?" Mother: "No, it's more than that."

This is a discussion I've been interested in for a long time. I feel many games are designed with the idea that more content is good & players should be able to play it all. But in doing so you deny players from a different kind of experience. Narratives lose weight & immersion is reduced 1/..

The world is ending but here's a side quest - will RPGs ever solve their urgency problem?

Journey is still the first piece of media that comes to mind when I think of to visual storytelling. If you haven’t played it, now’s a good time.

One of the biggest challenges of branching dialogue is letting players say what they want. If you don't, they'll feel railroaded. Information management is the trick. Everything your NPCs say generates player responses. Look: NPC: I hate kittens. 3 words that already suggest 3 player responses.
