24. This Bed We Made and platinum 161. I quite enjoyed this game. An easy, slow and relaxing way to spend your evenings: going through guest's belongings... I mean, snooping through people's private life... I mean, investigating a murder! It's an indie mystery game about a hotel maid in 1958.

I figured out the blender addon I use for environment modeling so there is that at least, a lot of indie game development is literally "Will this work???" and you have to do it for like 8 hrs, and it will literally be for a micro part of project in grand scheme.

One of my favourite games of last year, Battle Suit Aces, is currently on steep discount on Steam. Late 90s/early 2000s mech anime storytelling, quirky but satisfying deck building gameplay, and self-confidently casual queerness everywhere. A couple of minor indie game rough edges, but a great time.

Gotta say Savage Worlds is still the champ for just zipping along and working compared to every other trad style game I‘ve ever touched. You wanna get any smoother and faster you gotta go indie.
