I finished Resident Evil 6. Overall it is almost entirely wretched, at best it has a tiny bit of Resi juice, but it couldn’t be further from what it ought to have been. I’d be fascinated to read about how the hell it turned out that way. I’ve played worse games, but few that are as crazy.

Resi 5 is a poor man's Resi 4. Thankfully, due to the fundamentals of Resi 4 being so utterly perfect, it is still quite a lot of fun, especially in local co-op. The levels are generally well-designed and packed with secrets. That said, I have installed a mod that makes Sheva invincible.
