As someone who’s worn air monies for over a decade, what a momentous day.

They're traumatic for everyone but I know my Latino friends are finding these ICE raids over the last week extra traumatic. I spoke to therapists who work with in Latino communities about collective trauma and how to process the anxiety, sadness and fear that's so pervasive right now.

Working in retail for years now I usually shrug off the normal BS that you deal with (guests, bad attitudes, etc) but it just seems like people are especially worse these days, and it’s like they make a point to absolutely lambast and treat workers sub-humanly. It’s bizarre man
