A major part of moment-to-moment being-ness is our projection of how we see the world. How we see the world reflects on how we feel about ourselves, our day, and our environment. So our experience of ourselves is largely dependent on how we see others. Good to be intentional with what we take in.

I think this almost daily. Not on a "back in my day" sense but I wholeheartedly believe the mind needs a rest from intentionally seeking. It needs the space for openness, fluidity, spontaneous play, relaxation (in the senses or "awareness" in general)
