The Chainsaw Lama takes a canoe trip whilst reflecting on the passing of his mother and impermanence. Whilst watching it I too reflected on my brother’s life. He loved nature and often took his canoe camping. The sound of the oars and lapping water is beautiful.

Today I came across these plants. I did not want to touch them and will come back to collect some leaves with gloves on. They have excellent health benefits. They can be boiled, and this will take out the sting then they can be used as a vegetable. A popular use is as Nettle tea.
