I think the oldest thing Ive got that I use regularly is this little end table. I use it as a surface to photograph things and it's the "coffee table" in our tiny apt. Its older than I am is all I know about it because when I was a toddler I scrawled an X on the underside of it, denoting "treasure."

Talking OCs and writing with friends and one told me that Ethan was their favorite cuz he feels like a cozy home to them. 💕💕💕

Also, once you're considered "gifted," no one helps you. I literally had teachers (even in grad school) be like, "Oh, I don't worry about you. You're a pro." No, I am not, but I also have a complex about being a bother, so now, there's zero chance I will ask for help or express that I'm struggling.

I did okay until the wind picked up in gusts and then, every time I looked to the side, vertigo started to strike. The rocks were really neat looking though and it was wonderfully quiet and beautiful otherwise.

Did over 8 miles of hiking today. Some of it, have to say, the trail lied-- it was definitely more like rock climbing and not hiking in parts. 🙃
