I usually release pages when I feel I have enough to post. But I’m thinking of a 4 page ( hopefully weekly) update for Kanme, Comic Fury, NamiComi. GlobalComix would be a slower shift over to smaller updates. I struggle with maintaining schedule because my brain makes me to hyper focus-

When I explained to one of the people who front artists deserved to be devalued, they said exploitation was different than devaluing, NO it is the same thing! You devalue and demean artists when you underpay and exploit them.

A friend of mine posts about asking folks to not devalue artists. First two comments say its they artists fault and give reasons why artists should be devalued. 😑 Don’t devalue artists!!! #indiecomics

I realized how senstive I am to cold medicine. My normal dose is under the reccomended dose because I know it can effect me strongly. Took a regular dose and spent hours in a strange insomnia mixed with moments of almost hallucinations. I have a bad cough but too afraid to take anything for it! 😭

I am actually for the first time in a long time taking a sick day! Caught a vicious cold I’ve been battling almost a week. My new night auditor will fill in. My ex na sabotaged my last sick day by calling out sick after I arranged to be out sick. Long story short.. sick day.

I am only a few pages away from finishing the AP 4 redo. It has been a long time coming. That episode was originally very short and not really written well now it makes much better sense!

I saw this and it reminded me I drew Mal with sock garters on, its a NSFW page where his socks stay on. I thought while Mal is a young vampire( born in 1956, became a vampire in 1985) he’d absolutely wear sock garters.

Always look into new comic platforms closely. There’s been a lot of activity on Reddit with people claiming to have the best new platform, quite often they don’t have answers to my questions. Ask their AI stance too!! Some are purely AI.

Sorry everyone who follows the comics blog I wasn’t able to get it done this week, being sick and working took all my mental energy. I’m going DND from work and resting the next three days.

Started coming down sick again on Saturday. I worked my shift on Sunday and called out for Monday night. I made sure that management knew and my co-worker had accepted the shift. An hour before shift tonight they called out sick! guess who is working sick? Me. This is why I work sick no one helps.

panel #wip I use 3D models as a guide ( or my eyes would be super uneven) for my 1st draft. Then 2nd draft I sketch over the models. Mal is always in red and others will be in various colors. Final draft is ‘flip’ correct/ink. I’m a flipper because I lean a bit and this helps me correct that.

I know I’ve been quiet but I’m drawing ! Still working on the new AP 4 but it’s well over the 1/2 way point.
