I have a lot more respect for all of the people here who didn’t block and slap the shit out of me a year ago when I was convinced we were one good unified action away from a solution. I had an indecent amount of white excellence baked into my education. I mean I still do, but I’m less loud now.

There is a particular sort of trauma having been in college during the financial collapse of 2008. I went in to college with the expectation of the ability to get a job in my field and work my way out of the trenches into some specialist work (I always wanted to write or teach).
