For my photography class, we were told to use generative AI for an assignment to generate images and make a collage with them. I was not fan of that element at all, so I decided to take a different approach and try out a mixed media style where I combine my love of drawing with my own photos.

I may have gone crazy with the portrait sprites for my Vessel. I was mainly inspired by Vyletbunni's take on the portrait sprites for Kris, particularly her second version of them. While I did do one for Undertale's 10 Year Anniversary Memories, I wanted to see if I could better portray my Vessel.

In the past, I have done a couple of sprite edits, but last night I decided to try my hand at making my own sprites using my edited Vessel as a basis. For what it was worth, while I think there is still room to improve, I think I did a pretty decent job despite my lack of experience with pixel art.

In Sonic Colors Ultimate, while they removed Miis from Game Land, they didn’t alter any of the Red Star Ring unlocks to compensate for it. While the animation still plays for the first milestone in which you would normally get Miis, you do not unlock anything until the second threshold is met.

If any artist feels down whether it be an art block or lack of inspiration or a flop post. Dont stop drawing. Never give up on your skills and talents. Draw whatever your heart desires from the things you love, things you do and whatever makes you happy. Art is in everything and so are you 🫶🏽❤️
